Young vows to impress against McKenzie

Kelvin Young has vowed to make the most of his English title final eliminator fight against Leon McKenzie on January 30th.

The Swindon super middleweight will take on ex-Norwich City professional footballer McKenzie at London’s Copper Box venue on the undercard to George Groves’ ring return.

Sky Sports will also be screening the show live, something which has given Young added incentive to train as hard as possible during the festive period.

And Young knows he will have to bring his best to the ring against McKenzie and produce a marked improvement from his last performance – a draw in Swindon against Keiron Gray.
