Swindon Supermarine cruised into the FA Cup first qualifying round after beating Odd Down 5-1 at the Webbswood Stadium
In-form striker Connor Waldon got Marine off to a superb start, firing home on three minutes.
Brad Hooper then scored from the spot on 12 minutes after Callum Parsons was brought down by the goalkeeper for a stonewall penalty.
Odd Down hit back on the half-hour mark, taking advantage of some sloppy Supermarine defending to make it 2-1 at the break.
Richard Dawley then diverted Waldon’s cross into his own net on 54 minutes before the Marine striker was inches away from scoring a delightful chip shot.
Callum Parsons then made it 4-1 on 70 minutes before Odd Down scored their second own goal of the game on 85 minutes, the ball deflecting off a defender’s thigh and into the net.
Supermarine now face Portishead away on Saturday, September 3rd.
