Both sides failed to break the deadlock in what was a cagey first half at Isambard.
The stand out moment for Swindon saw Lewis Dyer stop a goal-bound flick on the line while at the other end, Jim Patrick was unlucky not to sore from a tight angle.
Tom Goldsmith also missed the chance to score at the far post when the ball just passed him by.
Swindon got their breakthrough early in the second half when Henry Cheney rifled the ball past the Bath keeper.
The visitors though levelled immediately with a fine team goal and then took the lead after a Luke Cejer error.
Cejer however made up for the error when he finished off a short corner to level matters.
Both sides then had good opportunities to score for the rest of the half, with the most notable chance going to Bath which Pete Gilbert managed to clear off the line.
