VIDEO: Steve Carr’s charity challenge

Swindon local Steve Carr has set off on a gruelling charity challenge, and we will be following him every step of the way.

Walking from Lands’ End to John O’Groats, Steve hopes to raise money for charities, the homeless and victims of mental health.

Having experienced both homelessness and mental health issues in the past, he hopes to make a contribution to helping others.

Carr has a budget of £100 to get him through the walk and expects to be back home in two months.

Relying on the kindness of others to help him reach his goal, we wish Steve the best of luck as he travels through Great Britain.
