Supermarine Rugby Club celebrated their Presidents Day on Saturday with a host of events taking place throughout the day.
For current president Theresa Bickell it is the fifth year that she has held the position. She is also the first female to have ever taken the position at the club.
The day also marked the 30th anniversary since ladies first joined the club and Supermarine now boasts a hugely successful women’s side who play Championship North.
Bickell’s vision and focus for Presidents Day was on inclusion and involvement and the event saw all divisions of the club take part in various activities and matches throughout the day.
The mens team also kicked off their season with a 28-17 win against Colerne in Dorset & Wilts 2 North.
