Shrivenham and Ardley United shared the points in a lively 2-2 draw at Barrington Park.
Visitors Ardley took the lead with less than two minutes on the clock, Tobias London scoring after a neatly-worked move.
Shrivvy hit back on 26 minutes when Nick Stanley fired home from long range after a Antonio Gerrish set up.
Gerrish was twice denied before the break and Shrivenham pushed for a second early in the second half.
But it was Ardley who nicked the next goal after some poor defending from the home side. London was again on target for Ardley, scoring on 71 minutes.
New Shrivenham signing Steve Robertson hauled the hosts back into the game, scoring with four minutes remaining.
Shrivenham had chances to nick a late winner but were wasteful in front of goal and had to settle for a point.
