Swindon Town Ladies assistant manager Kim Reeves believes her side will go into their FA Cup match against Tottenham on Sunday with no fear.
With Swindon Town Ladies unbeaten in all competitions so far this season, Reeves says the whole squad is brimming with confidence ahead of the tie against Women’s Premier League South outfit Spurs.
The second round clash takes place on Sunday at Shrivenham Football Club (2pm kick-off) and Reeves, a long-serving former player at Swindon Town Ladies, admitted she would love to be lacing her boots against Spurs at the weekend.
Instead Reeves will play a pivotal role from the bench as the club’s assistant manager and revealed Sunday’s tie will be treated the same as any other game.
Reeves also believes Town Ladies could surprise a few people in the cup clash as she expects the Swindon side to more than match their higher division opposition.
