Supermarine took the lead on 17 minutes when Luke Matthews headed home from a Ryan O’Hara free-kick.
But Chesham were back on level terms just two minutes later when Toby Little fired home from outside the box.
Joe Shepherd then hit the post for Marine before visitors Chesham took the lead on the half-hour mark when George Fenton tapped home at the far post.
Ryan Stanners then went close to scoring but his shot was straight into the arms of the Chesham keeper.
On the 70-minute mark Chesham extended their lead when Kevin Bossman tapped into an open goal after some slack Supermarine defending.
Luke Hopper gave Supermarine some hope with 10 minutes remaining, slotting home Edenborough’s pass but it was unfortunately too little, too late for the hosts.
Supermarine return to league action on Tuesday night when they face Evesham at home (kick off 7.45pm).
