Negotiations over a fight between Kelvin Young and Sam Smith have broken down because both boxers want to be in the home corner.
With Smith having already signed a deal with Neilson Boxing to be the headline act on their next show in November, he has the rights to be the home fighter.
However, Swindon favourite Young believes he should be the one in the home corner because the fight would be taking place in his home town.
Neilson Boxing confirmed earlier tonight that the fight is now off with Smith now set to take on another top 20 opponent while Young is now expected to feature on the undercard.
