Despite Croft threatening the Calne goalkeeper early on, three defensive errors saw the Swindon side trail 3-0 at half-time.

Undaunted by the task ahead of them Croft started the second half brightly and pulled a goal back when a quick pass out to Keenan Burton saw him deliver a a deadly cross in for Ritchie Harwar to head home.

Some high pressing then allowed Harry Ballard to score the second before John O’Donoghue struck twice to give Croft the lead.

Calne pushed for a crucial equalising goal and after several scares and a man-of-the-match winning tackle inside the box by Cameron Hill, Croft held on to grab second place.
