Swindon came off a good second best against Oxford Harlequins as Sean Lynn’s men failed to build on last weekend’s win at Reading.
Playing into the win in the first half, Swindon never really got going as Oxford dominated proceedings, going into the break 15-0 ahead.
But with the wind with them in the second half, the home faithful were hopeful of a comeback by Swindon.
However, the comeback never came as Swindon failed to get any momentum going.
And instead of threatening the Oxford whitewash, Swindon all too often found themselves on the back foot as they conceded another try which allowed the visitors a fairly comfortable victory.
