The Rachel Swindall Trust was set up to honour the memory of Rachel Swindall who sadly passed away in September 2011 at the age of 20.
She cared deeply for her friends and family but from the age of 13 but Rachel struggled with a variety of mental health problems including complex PTSD and BPD.
The charity raises funds to provide a small, but meaningful support for young people who find themselves in a similar situation to Rachel.
This match was the third of its kind and featured a selection of former Swindon Town players who took on the Rachel Swindall Trust team which included her brother Tom and her dad Paul.
