Miller scored the opener for Wroughton before Jordan Taylor doubled his side’s tally with a sensational 40-yard free-kick.
Kings Stanley’s Danny King pulled a goal back before Miller struck once again to make it 3-1.
Max Gomer made it 3-2 just before the break pouncing on a rebound before man of the match Nathan Yarham brought Kings Stanley level in the second half.
Seconds after Yarham’s goal however, Wroughton went back in front courtesy of Sam Roberts’ long-range effort.
Harry Kearns then made it 5-3 courtesy of a superb finish from a tight angle.
Kings Stanley then had a goal disallowed for offside and hit the bar until Gomer scored his second to prompt a tense final few minutes.
Wroughton though held on to their 5-4 advantage to run out cup winners.
