Cricklade Town are searching for a new management team after previous boss Craig Kent decided to take over the reigns at Melksham Town Reserves.

Kent and his management team had been at Cricklade for the last three seasons but has jumped at the chance to join one of the biggest clubs in Wiltshire.

Cricklade chairman Richard Austen wished Kent the best and is now looking forward to selecting the right man for the job going forward.

“Cricklade Town FC would like to thank Craig Kent & his management team and wish them all the best in the future following his decision to leave.

“Craig had been manager for the last three seasons but the chance to join one of the biggest clubs in Wiltshire, and the amazing facilities they have, was too big a chance to turn down.

“We are a well established club with a hard working committee.

“We are now working with the council to look to see improve the facilities at Stones Lane to move up the football pyramid.

“We want to embrace a link with the community to make it a family feel club.

“Understanding how youth is important in any team with a blend of experience. The new manager will have a committee who will back them.”

Anyone interested in the position please contact Richard Austen on 07955280220 or e-mail by June 19th.
