The 147 Snooker Club are offering one lucky person the chance to play against 1997 world champion Ken Doherty on Saturday night.
Doherty is starring in a charity snooker exhibition on Saturday night at the 147 Club and there is one last place left to face the man nicknamed “Crafty Ken”.
To stand a chance of winning all you have to do is win an auction being run by the 147 Snooker Club.
Bidding is now open and whoever emails the highest bid to firstname.lastname@example.org by 8pm on Friday will be breaking off against Doherty on Saturday night.
147 Club owner Noel Paul said: “This is a unique opportunity for someone to win the chance to play a former snooker world champion and do their bit for charity in the process.”
The evening is raising much needed funds for the Ronald McDonald House in Bristol, which houses the families of children who are very ill in hospital, and also the Nepal Earthquake Appeal for Children.
Tickets for the event are priced at £20 and are still available. Call 07809 503 218 to purchase your ticket for this fabulous event.
