Here’s a decent goal scored by Greyhound’s Glenn Armstrong to help his side into the final of the Swindon Sunday League Knockout Cup competition.
Armstrong nodded in at the far post after Rory Sproule’s delightful first touch and cross gave the Greyhound the chance to score.

In a fiercely-contested cup semi-final match, it took extra-time to separate Greyhound and Walcot.
And despite being reduced to 10 men when Lewis Page was sent-off for a second bookable offence, it was Greyhound who reached the final where they will play AFC Gas.
Armstrong’s goal put Greyhound one up in the second half but Walcot levelled late on when Dean Hughes scored.
Page was then sent off for Greyhound, picking up a second booking for dissent, but Walcot could not make the extra man tell.
In the end it was Danny Cole who scored the crucial goal to send Greyhound into the final.
